Visa Requirements
1. If You Are an Employee: Signed letter of consent from your organization, company or government ministry/agency stating: a. The purpose of your visit to the UK b. The importance of the visit c. The duration of your visit to UK d. What you intend to do during the visit e. Letter approving your leave of absence during your travel date. f. Confirmation of sponsorship by your organization (You should also mention in your letter that you will depart UK after the proposed visit and that you will abide by the laws and regulations operational in the UK).
2. Confirmation of your hotel booking in UK (we shall handle the reservation).
3. Evidence that your organization can/will fund your visit to UK (Proof of Funds)
And if Self employed 4. Evidence of self-employment in Nigeria: CAC documents and other documents that shows you are a director or share holder a. Tax Clearance or letter from FIRS; b. Business bank statements for last 6-months; c. Business receipts; d. Company audited accounts, profit and loss for 2024
5. Your 6 months personal account bank statements showing your income and savings,
6. Letter from applicant explaining any large deposits in your accounts as well as any accompanying evidence such as proof of source of funds (receipts, invoice etc.) – this must be signed and dated.
7. Proof of your address in Nigeria; if available (Proof of property ownership or rental agreement for your home).
8. Evidence of any family you have in Nigeria a. if you are a married woman, you need letter of consent from your husband b. You need a copy of his/her Identification Card c. Marriage certificate d. Birth certificates of children
9. Previous Travel History within 10 years with Visa and entry stamps evidence

12. Two (2) Letters of Reference from notable personalities in the locality confirming that you are of good character or letter of Attestation from your lawyer.

CONCLUSION To enable Medys Communication process the UK Visa Application, the Visa Applicant must print out and complete the Registration Form for the Training Workshop. Remember to append your names, signature and date at the end of the Registration Form as well as at the bottom of the Section on Visa Processing Request. The printed, completed, signed and dated Form should be forwarded to Medys Communication along with your other documents for the UK Visa Application.
Visa Processing Request
Please note that :
1. We (Medys Communication) will put in every effort and resources to ensure that your UK Visa Application is approved. However, only the UK High Commission Officials have the final Visa approving Power and Authority.
2. You (the Applicant) will provide all genuine, relevant and necessary documents required by the British High Commission for Visa processing .
3. In case of a rejection, non-approval or refusal of your Visa application, you (the Applicant) will be requested to re-apply and taking corrections on the reasons given by the High Commission for the initial non-approval. To pursue the re-application process, our Immigration Lawyers will be involved. All these will be at a cost to the Applicant and the payment must be made before the commencement of the processes.
4. We (Medys Communication) shall not be liable in any way, directly or indirectly, financially, legally or otherwise for any damage, directly or collaterally which an Applicant may suffer for any non-approval of his/her UK visa Application.
5. Once the Fee for Visa Processing is paid, the activities shall commence hence part refund or full refund is not possible.
6. The Applicant shall take full and comprehensive responsibility for any adverse consequences that may arise from the documentation he/she may submit to Medys Communication for the purpose of processing the Visa.
7. The Applicant shall be fully, solely and comprehensively responsible (without the inclusion/involvement of Medys Communication directly or indirectly, legally, financially and/or otherwise) for all his/her actions, inactions, behavior and conduct before/during/after his/her trip to the UK.
8. the visa fee stated above could change depending on updated information from the British High Commission.
